On an M6 body, remove the red Leica dot (it=B4s glued onto the top cover and comes off when you= twist it). Behind you=B4ll find a screw which unfortunately is almost parallel to the camera=B4s front. CAREFULLY turning this screw changes th= e vertical RF adjustment. Be sure to move it only a fraction of a millimete= r. Reattach a lens and see if it=B4s OK; you=B4ll probably have to iterate t= hrough the procedure sveral times. On earlier M bodies (3,2,4,-2,-P,5) it=B4s a little easier. There is a sc= rew above the lens mount, right where the Leica dot is on the M6. This screw covers another screw (this time perpendicular to the camera front and thu= s easy to turn) which changes the vertical adjustment. Hope this helps Carsten
