Most Oriental gear relies on the precision of output from mercury cells and lacks this circuitry. Thus, a LOT of Leica gear designed for PX625's and the like will function perfectly well with silver-oxide or alkaline cells. The differences both in voltage and in rate of drop will be adequately compensated. Marc msmall@roanoke.infi.net FAX: +540/343-7315 Cha robh bas fir gun ghras fir!
