Guido,

The SA 21/f3.4 is usable with the rangefinder. It is NOT usable with the
meter of the M6 whereas the Elmarit is.

The SA 21/f3.4 will scale focus closer than the rangefinder coupling. So
at distances closer than about .7 metre you loose rangefinder coupling.

Both have good reputations optically with some favoring the SA a bit.
