I still don't find glass in a carrier as much of a problem as others seem to. I can't imagine having to go back to a Beseler or Omega, with their glassless carriers. I have a CAP40 processor. Although still a time-consuming process, I still find it a big improvement over a drum. You must be very careful about cross-contamination of chemistry. You have to replenish exactly as per the instructions. Also I use the P30P chemistry and CF.1K paper (plastic) which helps to keep contrast down. If you put the paper in crooked (especially 16x20) you'll have problems, as the gate is only about 16.5 inches wide.
