When you hear "Frisco", it's a dead giveaway that the person speaking is NOT
from the San Francisco Bay Area.  I've lived here for 42 years and have never
heard "Frisco" from a native.  Not to get hot and bothered or anything, but
puhleeeeze, say no to "Frisco".
