It was first published in the 30's, and continued through the 70's or 80's through 15 or more editions. I'm not sure if its still in print, but its very detailed. The older editions have the advantage of explaining accessories not currently available new, but still useful and findable used. If you want to follow the history of Leica and all the models, a selection of these can do the job. Reading about the "NEW" Leica III and its improved features from a 1930's edition gives a different perspective on photography. Stephen Gandy
