Ah, not precisely accurate.  The 2.8/90 Tele-Elmarit CAN take the 12575
hood, but it was designed to take a rather neat collapsible rubber hood
which also included a retainer for Serie 5.5 filters, and had a special
lens cap.

11251	Serie 5.5 adapter ring
11252	lens cap

I believe these can still be purchased new from Leica.
