I don't believe there are any combinations that wont work providing you have
equipment bags or packing cases to accomodate them. The only thing limiting it
would be if you were to lock a 280 R and a 15mm R and a bag big enough to carry
them

I have in my regular shoulder bag a 28mm locked back to back with a 15mm in
vertical postion with the 28 facing down. In the M case there is a 21mm back to
back with a 90mm.  This adpter is home made using the rear lens cap from a 21
and the cap from a 90. They were spares and epoxyed to-gether.

I also have several other combinations of M and R rear lens caps glued to-gether
allowing carrying both M & R lens to-gether, using the least amount of space.
