Ah, a simple question. 

Posting images/binaries/etc. to a mailing list is bad for a variety of 
reasons. I am not the admin for the LUG, but I would strenuously suggest 
against sending such postings. It's far more useful to put them on a 
website or FTP server and just let people know the address from which to 
obtain them.
