A circular > polarizer illimimates this problem. > -GH > Greetings, The beam splitter does indeed polarize the light deflected to the meter. That's why a circular polarizer is needed with the F-1. I have a linear polarizer. Rotating it in front of the lens throws the meter off. The circular polarizer has no effect on the meter. Peter Jon White
