Subject: Which flash for an M6?

Hi:

I am interested in a proffesional flash for my M6, kind of respectful =
with the small size of the M6, powerful enough(30-40), with the ability =
to rotate it to bounce it to the ceiling, and automatic. Maybe this is =
like asking too much. Any hints?
Of course price will restrict me, so if possible, not more than 200 =
U.S$.
