Please read instead:

On Leica-M lenses the cam is almost flat,and the cam is also moving laterally .
It is the whole cam who is moving from back to front.
With the notable exception of some 135's and 90's, who use a small cam on wich
the point of contact with the wheel
of the telemeter is fixed.
