Of course, VF will be late, as Randy is as overworked as are most Good People, but it will be worth the wait. For years, under a succession of editors, VF established a reputations as THE scholarly journal of things Leica. This reputation was almost lost under Moss's tenure. Hooper will undoubtedly restore this in short order. Finally, as to the LHSA meetings, these are not representative of the organization, by a long shot. Next year's in Charlotte MIGHT be so, as a bunch of folks are promising to come out of the woodwork for the meeting. But that's seven months away, and we'll see when the time comes.
