	A piece of software called robomoderator will
	take care of 99% of traffic. It will reject most of
	the spam and can direct postings containing
	certain words (e.g. fascist, idiot,  etc.) to=20
	human moderators. Frequent posters will be
	issued PGP signatures and approved=20
	automatically.
