Yes, this combination of adapters allows the use of Canon FD or Nikon F
mount lenses on the M (or on the screw mount w/o the bayonet adapter) at
infinity focus.

Using a Leica RF lens on a Nikon F or Canon FD results in closeups
only.   The other way around, you get infinity focus because the Leica
body is much thinner than the Nikon F or Canon FD.

I don't count the various adapters as prime lenses on the fisheye aside.
