Subject: Fast LTM Medium Tele's

Carl Zeiss Jena, in the first days of Prewar reconstruction, made a 1.5/6cm
Sonnar and 1.5/7.5cm Biotar in Leica thread-mount. The first is quite rare,
only 25 supposedly made in LTM and a further 25 in Contax RF mount, though
only five or six are known today. The second is even rarer, only two being
known.

And there is the 2/8.5cm Sonnar in Leica thread-mount made by Carl Zeiss
Jena from the immediate Prewar days until the ending of the unpleasantness.
This is a more common lens, and one well worth owning.
