I doubt that any store 'carries' these cases -- they've been out of the
catalogue since '66 or so.  Get on LOTS of dealers' mailing lists.  Read the
lists, read the 'Bug, browse dealers' web sites, go to camera shows.
Evenutally, one will turn up.
