Ah! For the story of this interesting lens, pick up a copy of NON-LEITZ
LEICA THREAD MOUNT LENSES: A THIRTY-NINE MILLIMETER DIVERSITY by (a-HEM)
Marc Small, to be published in March by Rita Wittig. This should be
available from finer stores such as Tamarkin and A Photographers Place.

It's a pretty fair lens. Not quite as good as the late 3.5/135 Schacht
Travenars, but not bad. The mount is extremely well made, a distinguishing
feature of the Steinheil line-up.
