Use a yardstick/tape measure/meter stick/whatever to measure a set
close-range distance.  Check your RF accuracy.  Then go outside and focus on
a distant (1 km or so) object.  If both are accurate, your camera is fine
and the problem is Parkinson's or some similar shaking condition.
Otherwise, the camera is at fault.  On an M6, the RF is user-adjustable, by
the way.
