christies of kensington,uk is haveing a leica auction
on 11/21/96. i have just gotten their catalogue and am comparing their price
ideas with prices as advertised in the u.s, i.e. tamarkin, wsc, chatterton etc. 
in my opinion, prices seem to be a bit higher in europe as a whole.
having just returned from germany , i found nothing collectable at decent 
prices. interesting to see how many eastern european copies are on the market in 
germany.
