I believe this was actually a Tele-Elmarit.  One small batch of these lenses
were inadvertently released for sale in New York AFTER Wetzlar had decided
not to market the design, as it was perceived to compete directly with the
4/200 Telyt.  I believe they sold less than 400 of them.  Selling prices
today are between $2500 and $6000.
