The police would be able immediately to discount other than Hispanics running around with a camera type bag. Yes, only for a short time would that description be useful, but for that time *very* useful. Why, Steve, do you think the authorities give those types of descriptions to each other. Because it's useful info, that's why! Not gratuitous in the least.
