Several theories on why the kids were more relaxed around an M6:

o  We're happy that Dad can afford a Leica
o  Dad will feel guilty buying the Leica, so we'll get more toys
o  Dad seemed so enchanted by the Leica, we said "why not relax?"
o  Dad doesn't know how to use the Leica, so the pictures won't come out
anyway
o  The Leica is so small and so quiet, we forgot it was there

With a 4-week old baby in our home, I can confirm the last theory, although I
must admit that at 4 weeks our baby has trouble distinguishing Dad from the
Leica.  He knows Mom though.
