Too bad it's in German. For those of you who don't read Dutch, here is the "low-down" on the APO-TELYT-R Module-System. There are 2 lens heads: 1) Apo-Telyt-R 280/400/560 2) Apo-Telyt-R 400/560/800 and 3 focus-modules: 3) Focus-module 2.8/280/400 4) Focus-module 4.0/400/560 5) Focus-module 5.6/560/800 These five components produce a total of 6 high-speed tele lenses: #1 + #3 = 280mm f/2.8 #2 + #3 = 400mm f/2.8 #1 + #4 = 400mm f/4.0 #2 + #4 = 560mm f/4.0 #1 + #5 = 560mm f/5.6 #2 + #5 = 800mm f/5.6 The R8 also has a unique (as far as I know) feature for a 35mm SLR : TTL flash metering for studio flash! As for the cost, it's only a few hundred dollars more than the R7. Regards, RJF
