This is one of those issues which divides folks rigidly.  One group don't
worry a lot about the framelines for the 35mm lenses -- the very edge of the
field is pretty darned close to the field for a 35mm lens anyway.  The
others are absolutely, screamingly adamant that they want that precise
frameline or else the camera becomes useless and  photography fails.

Figure out which group you're in.  If you're in the first, then a non-bugeye
35mm optick will work just fine.  If you're in the second, you absolutely
have to have the bugeyes, and there's no getting around it.
