that Woodmere Camera has both that model and the 7s, a much more attractive
version with a CDS meter, in stock.  They have a web page, and are in
Lynbrook, NY  I've used the Canon RF cameras in almost all models, and they
are first rate.  Yes, all screw mouint lens work fine on them.
