Are you saying that because your employer will only buy you ONE primo camera system you regard them as "cheapskates"? I buy my own gear. The professionals I know buy their own gear. Be responsible for paying your own way and avoid those feelings of inadequacy! Your employer has a bottom line to meet and shareholders to accomodate.
