Subject: Focus and temperature slide

I seem to remember that Leica at one time had a slide for focusing a
projector and it also had the ability to show the gate temperature of a
projector.  Does anyone remember this, or am I dreaming it???  I would like
to obtain one that shows gate temperature - is there such a critter??
