Yes, I just did that, and the negatives turned out OK! I am just curious
about that 1/15th whizzing sound, that the repairman recognized immediately.
I thought somebody on this list knew what was causing it. I would guess that
it is old dry oil rests. 
Do you sevice your Leica M:s regularly, Eric? Or do you wait until you know
something needs to get adjusted?
