It sounds to me that you got a very good deal when you bought a Leica M6 and
two prime lenses for $2800. You complain about Leica not wanting to replace
your lens cap. Why should they? Did you buy the Summilux from them? Is it
still under warranty?

If you paid $ 2800 for an M6 with two lenses, it sounds to me like you ripped
off a widow who did not know the true value of the stuff.

It sounds to me the you are the cheap sh... Please keep this type of thing
away from this forum. I have been accused of being humorless by Roger Beamon,
but your comments are no joke!

So, for once I will agree with Marc James Small. You probably should go back
to other-than-Leica cameras. They are too high-priced for you.


I have always received good  service from Leica USA, albeit their prices are
often unreasonable. On the other hand, they tend to stock parts for things
made even four decades ago.
