Ouch!  You got me!  The Converter A doesn't allow infinity focus, as I
recall, though my knowledge of Canon stuff, SLR or RF, is rather limited.
The back-focus lengths are too disparate:  that of the FL/FD lenses being
42mm and that of the Canon & Leica TM stuff being 28.8mm.  Thus, 13.2mm
would have to be removed from a Canonflex/FL/FD lens to fit it to
Canon/Leica TM usage.  

The long and the short of it is that adding the Canon Lens Converter A would
simply give you a REALLY wide-angle macro lens which couldn't be focused to
infinity.
