The older Canons (up to the IVSP, or was it IVSB? - I forget) have the same problem as the Zorkis: crap finders. In fact, the Canons may even be worse, they're just as tiny and much darker. Neither is usable for anyone who wears glasses. (The Zorki does have one major exasperation all of its own: no strap lugs). The V, VI, VI-T and VII are a lot better, but cost more (in the UK, at least) than any screw Leica short of a IIIg. Another screw Leica question... 'fess up, who's got a Summar and has ever used it? I have a bunch of slides taken with mine that I rather like; night scenes with garish lighting, shot on Fujichrome p1600D. The overall misty fuzz doesn't hurt a bit and goes well with the vaguely expressionist and hallucinatory ambience I was aiming at. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- jack@purr.demon.co.uk - Jack Campin, 2 Haddington Place, Edinburgh EH7 4AE
