First, the Russar can be used on an M body with an adaptor:  the separate
viewfinder is, of course, necessary.  These adaptors are easily found.

Second, I'd go for a IIIc body:  they're relatively common and rather
inexpensive.  They offer slow speeds but lack a self timer or flash synch;
Leica supplied the first in the APDOO and Geiss the second with the Kontakt,
if you need either.

Zorkii:  I don't believe any of the Zorkii or FED variants offer slow
speeds, though I don't have my references at hand to confirm this.  A good
one of either can be impressive, a poor one frustrating.  Leica's generally
a better buy.
