This week I will start out with a tree that grew in difficult conditions, an ally with a chain link fence dividing the bare dirt the seed found. While the environment worked for a while eventually it became unwanted: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Tuesday+Trees/unwanted.jpg.html A bit of exploration on the part of this shoot: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Tuesday+Trees/new+shoots+exploring+the+light.jpg.html http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Tuesday+Trees/new+leaves+looking+up.jpg.html Too many resources going into reproduction leads to a loss of leaves: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Tuesday+Trees/leaves+and+pollen.jpg.html Probably planted to shade some tennis courts from the afternoon sun this became a dense grove: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Tuesday+Trees/dense+grove.jpg.html Even mesquite trees will decay eventually: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Tuesday+Trees/decay.jpg.html All the best. -- Don don.dory at gmail.com
