The pandemic, the warmest summer on record, and being my wife's caregiver has kept me from riding, but today was too good to pass up, even if it was still too warm for my taste (the temperature was 67F). I rode down to Wahl Avenue, a residential street that overlooks Lake Michigan. Tonight I'll winterize the machine, and hope for more rides next season. Here are three pictures from my iPhone, plus a later shot from my front porch of evening coming on. < http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Motorcycles/20211107_MR_HawkRide_IMG_2148.jpg.html > < http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Motorcycles/20211107_MR_HawkRide_IMG_2153.jpg.html > < http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Motorcycles/20211107_MR_HawkRide_IMG_2167.jpg.html > < http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Miscellaneous/20211107_MR_Twilight_IMG_2187.jpg.html> -- Alan Alan Magayne-Roshak, Senior Photographer University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Photo Services (Retired) UPAA Photographer of the Year 1978 UPAA Master of the Profession 2014 amagayneroshak at gmail.com <http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/> "All the technique in the world doesn't compensate for an inability to notice.
