I still have my hair, although somewhat less than 30 years ago, but I hate wearing any kind of headgear. Fortunately, the only time I spend considerable time in the sun is when I am out cycling, and then I do wear a skullcap to keep the sweat from getting into my eyes, and a helmet on top of that.
