One of the bonuses of the South West facing unit is that we look out on the landing fight path of the Harbour Air sea plane flights from Vancouver to Victoria Harbour. We didn?t realize that when we bought the unit off plan. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/Canada+2021/Airplanes/DSC_6408.jpg.html A Harbour Air Dehavilland Twin Otter http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/Canada+2021/Airplanes/DSC_6486.jpg.html Harbour Air turbo Beaver http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/Canada+2021/Airplanes/DSC_6445.jpg.html Harbour Air original Beaver http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/Canada+2021/Airplanes/DSC_6410.jpg.html Twin Otter on approach http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/Canada+2021/Airplanes/DSC_6413.jpg.html Closer to landing http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Howard+Cummer/Canada+2021/Airplanes/DSC_6477.jpg.htmll Watch out seabirds! These shots are easy to come by. Check the flight times out of Vancouver Harbour - allow 20 - 25 minutes and the planes come into view. Weather permitting. All taken with the Nikon D500 coupled to the 300mm f4.0 PF plus 1.4 extender. Please enjoy - C&C always welcome Howard.
