I've returned to my project to digitize my late mother's photos. She
shot mostly Kodachrome in a Bolsey B2 rangefinder starting in 1949, and
chronicled our extended family for several decades.? Here's a dozen from
1956-57. Life in the 50s, when Eisenhower was President, what was good
for General Motors was purportedly good for America, hardly anyone
rocked the boat, and I was a cute little toddler.

When you see a couple of wine glasses and candles toasting 2021, you've
seen them all.

Enjoy. Click photos to enlarge. More to come. Photos digitized using an
Olympus E-M1, a Nikon ES-1 Slide copying adapter, a couple of extension
tubes and a single-coated OM Zuiko 50/3.5 Macro that I got on eBay for
about $30.
