This, from Brian:

Victoria's surgery was re-scheduled several times, but they finally
converged on 9am this morning. When she got to the OR the surgeon asked
her if she had had anything to eat. She said that the shift nurse had
given her a saltine cracker along with her morphine at 4am.

Rescheduled for 3pm now. I hope the surgeon had a long talk with that
nurse.
