I'll check out the link, but it was nice seeing them with a group. That last item is depressing. In a similar vein, in 1970, when I was leaving the UWM POST student newspaper at graduation (with my negatives), I noticed that at least one of my predecessors had left his negatives, in six-frame strips, loose in a box in the darkroom. I took them home and later realized they were records of a lot of Vietnam protests, including draft card burnings, marches, and even some pictures of the big rally at the 1968 Democratic convention in Chicago. I tried to contact the photographer, but he never responded, so I organized them as best I could and made contact sheets. I still have them, but don't know any details on most dates and locations. -- Alan Alan Magayne-Roshak, Senior Photographer University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Photo Services (Retired) UPAA Photographer of the Year 1978 UPAA Master of the Profession 2014 amr3 at uwm.edu http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/ "All the technique in the world doesn't compensate for an inability to notice.
