I had the wrong lens with me while walking down to the lake. So, a bit of whimsy. The Monarch butterflies were migrating through Austin and seemed to love the pollen of these plants. Find all the Monarchs in this image: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Wednesday+Weeds/Finding+Waldo+the+Monarch.jpg.html A little less whimsy was this very determined bee who wasn't going to let anyone drive her from her flower: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Wednesday+Weeds/MIne.jpg.html And last for today, I keep finding myself crawling around my neighbors yard photographing these tiny little puffs of magenta: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Wednesday+Weeds/another+magenta+puff.jpg.html All the best.
