This weeks eclectic collection starts with a conference on the Armadillo World Headquarters; how it came to be and what caused it's demise. The image chosen represents my interpretation of how the sexes handle change as you age: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/Texas+culture+modern+seniors.jpg.html Second up is a construction worker stealing city water. I say stealing as the city requires you to rent a meter to take water out of a fire hydrant so that they can charge you for water used: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/Stealing+water.jpg.html Now we move to a public swimming hole. Barton Springs started as a swimming hole but has been turned into a swimming pool. It is entirely fed from a spring that runs out of the Edwards Aquifer. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/Texas+senior+modern+meditation.jpg.html Last, as summer turned into fall I found an individual enjoying a breeze and a hammock on a dry creek bed: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/reading+by+the+dry+creek+bed.jpg.html all the best
