It's made up of various ethnicities with a mix of working class people, artists, students, and progressives (my house is two blocks from the Socialist Party of Wisconsin headquarters), and seen as an artistic area. There is a house on the main boulevard that features partly-buried automobiles in the yard. When the trees are green and the sun is out the shadows and contrast obscure the effect, so with the overcast today,I finally got some good shots. This is the first of nine views, with the last showing more of the street environment. Can be enlarged. < http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Cars/CarHouse_1.jpg.html > -- Alan Alan Magayne-Roshak, Senior Photographer University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Photo Services (Retired) UPAA Photographer of the Year 1978 UPAA Master of the Profession 2014 amr3 at uwm.edu http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/ "All the technique in the world doesn't compensate for an inability to notice.
