Just adopted another film Leicaflex SL sn1279xxx. Circa 1971.  Four lenses 
too. Love the camera store in couer d aline Idaho (they have a lovely m3 kit 
still).  


$375 for sl. 35 2.8. 50 2.0 60 Macro 135 2.8 seemed like a dang good deal 
they even tossed in acros and ektachrome and a used Nikon d90 strap...which 
I gleefully fitted


Did Leica just use chrome or black fittings based on what they had in stock. 
  Shutter speed dials. ISO rings. Self timer levers lens mount rings

Some chrome sl have chrome fittings. Some black ones
