The first portrait is Phil, a visitor from the UK. He used to work with the UK Intellectual Property Office and was on loan to us for a couple of years. Following his retirement from the IPO he now works for an anti-counterfeiting organisation. Phil remains a friend, and during a visit to our office he was doing some work. I told him that I had to take the opportunity to photograph him in a different setting the usual setting in which we meet these days (in a bar somewhere in Europe, with a pint in hand): https://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/i-M9nnqfV/A The second portrait is of my Spanish colleague Carolina and my Danish colleague Bente. The two ladies were looking very serious when I came to work Thursday morning, so I had to avail myself of the opportunity. I am Carolina?s boss, and like with Phil, most of my pictures of her are in an eating/drinking context, so here was an opportunity for something different: https://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/i-KVkp2jJ/A Cheers, Nathan Nathan Wajsman Alicante, Spain http://www.frozenlight.eu <http://www.frozenlight.eu/> http:// <http://www.greatpix.eu/>www.greatpix.eu PICTURE OF THE WEEK: http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws <http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws>Blog: http://nathansmusings.wordpress.com/ <http://nathansmusings.wordpress.com/> Cycling: http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/belgiangator <http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/belgiangator> YNWA
