The day turned out cool and clear, and while it was around 15C in Alicante, one could see snow in the mountains: https://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/i-kpMJ4CR/A The snow starts at an elevation around 1000 m, and it is around 30 km from Alicante. That is as close as we ever get to winter here.
