I have some limitations on this project...

I am limited to a Apple IPad that has a most modern IOS of version 9.  (
FYI, current Ios is V 11.2)

 

I am looking for recommendations on a photo editor to sue with this ipad...

It is NOT serious photo editing.. it is for  quick look at what could be
done..

 

Any recommendations? 

 

The usual culprits, like PS or LR require Ios 10 or newer..
