Good morning all.  While spring is in full sway here in Atlanta I wanted to
go back to a slightly cooler time up in Vancouver.  For some reason a
relatively large number of container ships were parked in an obscure bay.
If you follow the Baltic Dry Cargo Index you wouldn't think so many ships
were parked.  Anyway:
