The Final set of photographs from my trip to Ranthambhore National Park at
the beginning of this month. We start with studies of Noor's (T39) brood of
16 month old juveniles:

Two from the shadow side. These cubs, for some reason, did not quite trust
the water, they always checked it out before entering. Generally speaking,
Tigers are very fond of water, and are powerful swimmers - something they
have in common only with Jaguars among the big cats.

Unfortunately, when the word gets around that tigers are sitting on a kill
near a road, a congregation of badly behaved vehicles is inevitable!

The Crossing: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/jayanand/Ranthambhore_

Riding the Gauntlet: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/jayanand/Ranthambhore_

Some miscellaneous stuff to complete the set.

Birds, a Rufous Treepie in this case, hitching a ride on a Sambhar Deer is
quite common: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/jayanand/Ranthambhore_
