[Leica] Leica M9 CCD problem

Thanks for the info....
But no, I am not going to upgrade...... ( My body in for repair is a
Monochrom CCD version.... so even less reason to upgrade.)

Note that my entire used Sony A7M2 kit, including body, 16-35 F4, 24-70 F4
and 55 F1.8 lens cost less than the upgrade cost......
And while the lenses are not the same quality as the M lenses, with an
adapter I can use either... Sony Optics or Leica Optics.....

AND I get IBIS, a significantly better metering system, and the re pair
service has got to be better........

For those that think I am Leica bashing, I am not ( except for the repair
department).  The Leica optics are far superior to anything I have seen.....
But the technology in the bodies, is really sorely behind the times......  (
SL not included in that last comment.)

The upgrade offer to the M240 is still available, you have to ask. $3k+.
